Consultancy and policy development

I offer comprehensive safeguarding support, from reviewing and updating policies and governance frameworks to drafting clear, robust safeguarding documentation. I also conduct audits and gap analyses to identify risks and improvements, and provide strategic guidance to embed safeguarding effectively across the organisation, from leadership to frontline teams.

Training and staff development

I deliver safeguarding training tailored to all levels of your workforce — from frontline practitioners to senior leaders — covering areas such as recognising abuse, responding to concerns, safer recruitment, online safety and more. I help build organisation-wide awareness and confidence so staff can recognise, report and respond appropriately. I also offer engaging team sessions, including workshops and scenario-based learning, to strengthen a culture of safety and embed safeguarding into wider team development.

Supervision and case support

I provide independent safeguarding supervision to help practitioners and leaders reflect on complex cases and maintain robust, trauma-informed decision-making. I also offer support with case reviews, risk management and first-response guidance, as well as assistance with internal investigations and referrals so organisations can act promptly and confidently.

Bespoke packages and ongoing support

I offer flexible, bespoke safeguarding packages — from one-off projects like policy reviews or training, to ongoing consultancy and supervision. Support can be tailored to your sector’s needs, with additional governance services such as board advisory, leadership mentoring and embedding a strong safeguarding culture across the organisation.
